1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dropshop ("Service"), operated by Pixel Blaster Media ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Dropshop is a software-as-a-service platform that provides tools for managing product listings, AI-powered photography, brand management, and multi-channel e-commerce operations. The Service is intended for business use by brands and manufacturers.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload or transmit malicious code or content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
  • Use the Service in any way that could damage or impair its functionality

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Pixel Blaster Media. Content you upload or create using the Service remains your property, and you grant us a limited license to process and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Payment and Billing

Dropshop is currently offered as a private beta. Any paid plan, billing schedule, refund terms, or pricing changes will be disclosed and agreed to before charges are incurred.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or its users. You may request account closure by contacting info@dropshophq.com.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
